Returns & Exchanges Policy

Thank you for shopping with us! We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return or exchange an item, please review our policy below:

Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

  • Timeframe: You have 30 days from the date of purchase to request a return or exchange.
  • Condition: Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and with all tags attached. For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on items that have been opened or used.
  • Exceptions: Personalized items, clearance items, and certain health-related products (e.g., baby monitors, thermometers, or breast pumps, diapers) are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

  2. Return Authorization: We will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions for returning the item.
  3. Return Shipping: Pack the item securely and include the RA number on the package. Ship the item to the address provided in the RA instructions. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases where the item is defective or incorrect.

Refunds

  • Processing Time: Once we receive your returned item, please allow 5-7 business days for us to process your return. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
  • Partial Refunds: If an item is returned in a used or damaged condition, a partial refund may be issued.

Exchanges

  • Availability: Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the item you want to exchange for is out of stock, we will issue a refund.
  • Process: To exchange an item, follow the same procedure as for returns. Once we receive your returned item, we will send out the replacement item.

Damaged or Defective Items
